Last updated: 28 May 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Timothy Joseph Amison, trading as Axiomatic ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Timothy Joseph Amison is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@axiomatic.uk.

What data we collect

When you submit the briefing request form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name and job role
  • The content of your enquiry message
  • Your programme interest (optional)

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, payment information, or data from children.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide you with a tailored briefing proposal. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): you have actively contacted us, and it is in both parties' interests for us to respond. We have assessed that this processing does not override your fundamental rights or freedoms.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

How we use and store your data

Your submitted data is received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our website host and form processor), who act as a data processor on our behalf. Netlify stores form submissions on servers within the United States under their standard contractual clauses and data processing agreement. You can review Netlify's privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.

Following your enquiry, we may invite you to continue the conversation via Slack Connect (Slack Technologies, LLC). If you accept a Slack Connect invitation, your email address will be shared with Slack solely for the purpose of establishing that communication channel. Slack's privacy policy is available at slack.com.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data (form submissions and related correspondence) for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data is deleted from Netlify's form submissions dashboard and from our own records. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any third-party tracking scripts. No cookie consent banner is required. The only cookies set are strictly necessary session cookies used by Netlify's infrastructure to serve the website — these do not track you across other sites and do not require your consent under UK PECR.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to data portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@axiomatic.uk. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for reasonable requests.

Right to complain

If you are unsatisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
